Strong to Serve.
Our mission is to strengthen followers of Jesus as they seek to obey the first and greatest commandment in their everyday lives — in mind, heart, soul and strength.
JESUS SAID MANY THINGS, BUT HIS FIRST AND “MOST IMPORTANT” POINT WAS THIS:
“love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. And love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.”
We take it seriously at Point One Vision that our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health are not only equally important to one another, but the utmost responsibility of the Christian. To do the first begets the second. Our love and service for others flows from fully embodying our love for God and it ought to take our fullest effort. He doesn’t ask for some of us — he asks for all of us.
our purpose
Sickness, disease and un-health are sometimes inescapable experiences of life, but the most capable servant is one that first denies chaos and passivity in their own personhood. We don’t believe this work has been fully developed within the Church, and we take responsibility for contributing to its growth. We partner with other communities and ministry organizations, churches included, to be “strong to serve” in every regard commanded of us.
Sometimes faith is forged in the fire, sometimes in the quiet or in the desert. It is also forged under pressure, against resistance and with intensity. Exercising our faith should stretch us, move us, strain us. Sometimes, faith is forged in the gym or an ice bath, on the track or mats.
We recognize that the spirit shapes the body, and vice versa. Spiritual battle extends into the material realm and it often takes place in our physical bodies — we are physiologically wired for war and every body needs something to fight through and for. We’re putting first things, first, in caring for the temple of the spirit of YHWH.

Physical wellbeing is about much more than exercise. The “Full Armor of God” is more than just a metaphor and we start there.
One body, many parts.
Point One Vision exists to reconnect what was never meant to be separated: body, soul and spirit. Too often, churches focus on spiritual growth while neglecting physical stewardship, and the fitness world builds strength without addressing the heart. Scripture calls the Church the “Body” of Christ — many members, different roles, all working together — and just as the body relies on connective tissue to integrate every part, the Church is held together by unseen spiritual connections that shape how we live, serve and heal. By equipping our partners to disciple the whole person and to see fitness as formation, we help cultivate a resilient, integrated Body of Christ — strong, healthy and whole, ready to serve.
